How are project milestone payments structured?
Fixed-price builds are split into milestone tranches: typically 30% project kickoff & architecture, 40% mid-point core build, and 30% upon final acceptance testing & production launch.
Do you offer developer retainer arrangements?
Yes. Monthly care retainers start from $300/month USD for ongoing software maintenance, security updates, and SLA support.
IP & Intellectual Property
Who owns the source code and IP after completion?
You do. 100% of the source code, design system assets, database schemas, and intellectual property are fully transferred to your company upon project completion.
Do you sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)?
